London Elizabeth at 15 months!

This past Friday was London's 15 month well-baby check up! Where does the time go? It was a great visit. She weighs 20lbs, 10oz. She is only in the 25% for height and weight. We met with our new Pediatrician here in Aledo. She is a super doctor and could be my bud! She recognizes the fact that I am a nurse and see all the horrible things possible with children. She is very good with me as a mom/nurse and is very attentive to London. We just discussed everything with London and after chatting about her speech, she decided that she was probably FINE! London is an extremely bright little girl. She understands everything you tell her and has her own way of communicating. She signs a few words and actually has about a 5 word understandable vocabulary. She is very inquisitive. She makes sounds for "cow", "duck", and knows where most of her body parts are. She is definitely learning so much right now. She is just like a little sponge, I see her wheels turning all the time.

Ian went with us to the Doctor's appointment and when it came time for her shots, I sent him to the waiting room. He can not stand to hear is baby sister cry. She did great and actually cried more about being held down than she did about the injection itself.

I will leave you with a few photos of London and Ian that Justin took this past weekend!

Hugs from the Jones'!

"WHERE IS LONDON?"

"THERE SHE IS!"

She has her skirt on her head. After Justin put her jommies on, he asked her to pick up her clothes and put them in her hamper. I guess she decided they needed to go on her head first. Not sure if she is trying to put them back on, or if she just wanted to wear a hat! :)

Got to love the pacifier! That is our next feat...one of these days!!!

Bubby just being silly!! :)
