Justin received this book about animals for his birthday from my parents several years ago. Ian found the book the other night and has become a huge fan! Of course London can't stand the fact that bubby gets to sit in daddy's lap all by himself.

This has become the nightly ritual right before bed. The two kids crawl up in Justin's lap and have a serious lesson in animals. You would think the book was WAY over Ian's head, but he is totally into it. He is spouting out facts about bugs and animals I didn't even know. It is amazing to see the things that child retains. Talk about a sponge. It is like he hears something one time and it is ingrained in his little, or rather large memory. Things like remembering the fact that a dragon fish is not "actually" a fish but rather an eel with a huge set of teeth on it. "Mommy, I do not want to be swimming in the ocean with one those things!" Who the heck knows what a dragon fish is?...Ian does!
None the less, I love seeing the special times Justin has with our children. He is truly a wonderful husband, friend, and daddy!

Happy Monday Ya'll!
